丹江口库区移民政策满意度影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析丹江口库区移民政策满意度及其影响因素,为制定健康服务政策和优化移民安置策略提供重要依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样法获取有效样本726份,用SPSS 20.0软件对数据进行分析,计数资料采用构成比,采用χ2检验分析不同组间移民政策满意度的差异,多因素分析采用有序多分类Logistic回归。结果χ2检验结果显示,影响移民政策满意度的因素有性别、年龄、与村干部关系、对政府的信任、对村干部的工作满意度、移民政策知晓、家庭收入。Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响移民政策满意度的因素有移民的性别、与村干部的关系、对移民政策知识的了解、对政府的工作信任程度、村干部的工作满意状况、对当地风俗习惯适应能力。结论国家采取的移民安置政策保障了移民的基本的生产生活,但后续的移民政策需要进一步完善,促进移民经济社会发展。Objective To research the satisfaction degree and its influencing factors of immigration policy in Danjiangkou reservoir area,and then provide an important basis for formulating health service policy and optimizing resettlement policy.Methods Multi-stages stratified random sampling method was used to select the samples and a total of 726 valid samples questionnaire were collected.The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.The category data were described by percentage,Chi square test was used to analyze the differences of immigration satisfaction among different groups,and the multiple factor analysis was adopted by ordinal multi class logistic regression.Results Chi square test showed that factors,such as gender,age,relationship with village cadres,government trust,job sa-tisfaction of village cadres,awareness of immigration policy and family income,put an influence on the satisfaction of immigration policy.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that factors including sex,the degree of trust in government work,the village cadres work satisfaction,the ability to adapt to local customs could affect the satisfaction of immigrant policy.Conclusions The resettlement policy adopted by the state guarantees the basic production and living of the immigrants,however the follow-up immigration policy needs to be further improvement to promote the economic and social development of the migrants.
