摘 要:目的了解公立医院医生多点执业意愿及影响因素,为推进多点执业政策实施、优化卫生人力资源配置提供理论支持和决策方向。方法以"计划行为理论"为基础,构建测量医师多点执业意愿的指标体系,采用Logistic回归等方法分析医师多点执业意愿的影响因素。结果 76%的医师愿意从事多点执业,提高收入和提升知名度是医生愿意从事多点执业的主要动因,其执业行为的主要障碍因素为:管理政策限制、薪酬分配和医疗风险。结论健全管理体制机制、控制执业风险因素、加强医师专业技术能力和提升薪酬分配公平性是促进医师多点执业实施、提升卫生人力资源优化配置的有效途径。Objective To provide theoretical support and decision-making direction on improving doctor multi-sited license and optimizing configures of health human resources.Methods The“Theory of Planned Behavior”was used to establish the index system of measuring doctor's willing about multi-sited license.The Logistic regression was conducted to explore the influencing factors of doctor multi-sited license.Results76%of the doctors were willing to acquire multi-sited license.To increase income and popularity was the main motivation for doctors to engage multi-sited license.The major obstacle factors were management policy compensation allocation and medical risk.Conclusion Improving management policy,controlling medical risk and strengthening professional technical ability and the fairness of compensation allocation can be beneficial for doctor multi-sited license and human resource effective disposition.
