摘　　要：邓小平主政大西南时期为恢复和发展城乡经济进行了理论和实践上的探索。邓小平提出的"把工作重点放在农村""面向农村""工商业下乡"等思想和稳定城乡经济环境、发展城乡交通事业以及充分发挥公私商业积极性的具体实践,对于当前我们重新塑造城乡关系,促进城乡经济社会协调发展都具有历史的启示意义和现实的借鉴价值。During the great southwest period,Deng Xiaoping explored theoretical ly and practically in order to restore and develop the urban and rural economy.In theory,Deng Xiaoping put forward some ideas,including"focusing on the countryside","facing the countryside","going to the countryside by industry and commerce"and so on.In practice,Deng Xiaoping had taken some concrete measures,including stabilizing the urban and rural economic environment,developing urban and rural transportation and giving full play to the enthusiasm of public and private business.These theory and practices are of historic significance and realistic reference value for us to remold the relationship between urban and rural areas and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy and society.
