摘　　要：榆钢炼钢作业区3#、4#转炉一次除尘风机采用两台900k W的ACS800系列ABB变频器,在转炉冶炼生产过程中任何一台变频器发生故障,将导致1台转炉停炉。通过此次技术改造,增加1台1000k W备用国产变频器(HID580-T7-1000G2AS),通过切换柜的倒闸、网络开关的切换以及计算机画面的操作,可以实现一备两用,将备用变频器快速投入运行,避免影响生产。即当3#、4#转炉任意一台变频器故障后,备用变频器能够投运到任何一台转炉继续冶炼生产,避免造成转炉停炉、甚至高炉修风等恶性事故发生。The primary dust-removing fans of 3#,4#converter in Yu steel Steelmaking area use two sets of 900kW ACS800 series ABB inverters.During converter smelting,any VFD has fault,one set of converter will stop.Through this technical transformation,by install one set of backup Hiconics lOOOkW VFD(HID580-T7-1000G2AS),by switching of the switching cabinet and switching of the network switch and the operation of the computer,it can realize one VFD for use and two VFDs for spare,which can quickly put the backup VFD into use,to avoid affecting production.That is to say when any of the VFD of 3#,4#converter has fault,the backup VFD can be quickly put into use on any of the converter to continue smelting,to prevent the converter stopping and blast furnace damping down and other serious accidents happening.
