摘 要:针对某型雷达天线举升机构中的重载转动副,利用小变量簇的变动范围来表达零件特征的几何变动域,基于坐标转换矩阵建立公差分析模型,并运用此模型表述重载转动副装配过程偏差的传递及累积,从而对装配过程中零件公差、间隙引起的装配偏差累积和零件配合特征产生的间隙进行比较;提出针对重载转动副的可装配性评价概念,同时进行基于装配过程的参数化定义,并通过实例进行说明。如此可以有效地指导雷达天线举升机构中重载转动副的装配规划,提高整机的装配成功率。This paper uses the range of fluctuation of SDT(small displacement torsor)for overloading revolute pair of a certain type of radar antenna lifting device to express the geometry change domain of parts features and based on the matrix for coordinate transformation,generates a tolerance analysis model,which can be used to express the transfer and accumulation of the deviation of the overloading revolute pair in the assembling process,then compares the assembling deviation accumulation caused by the component tolerance and gap in the assembling process with the gap caused by the parts fitting and presents the concept of its assembly evaluation and the parametric definition based on the assembly process.For example,the assembly planning of the overloading revolute pair of the radar antenna lifting device can be effectively guided,thus improving the assembly success rate.
