摘　　要：研究了数控机床数据采集与存储功能。基于MTConnect协议建立了设备信息模型,提出了基于FOCAS的数据采集方法并完成了数据采集适配器与客户端开发,设计了系统数据库结构,实现了对数控机床的数据采集和存储管理。开发了数控机床数据采集与监控原型系统,并在车间中对系统进行了实例验证,证明了系统的有效性。The data acquisition and storage function of the CNC machine tools is studied in this paper.Based on the MTConnect protocol,the information model of device is established.The data acquisition method based on FOCAS is proposed and the data acquisition adapter and client terminals are developed.And then,the system database is created for the data acquisition and storage management of the CNC machine tools.The prototype system of its data acquisition and monitoring is developed,and the system is verified in the workshop and effectiveness is proved.
