葆至能与阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨葆至能治疗老年冠心病的疗效和安全性。方法:收治老年冠心病患者140例,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用葆至能治疗,对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葆至能治疗老年冠心病的疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Bao Zhi Neng in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease.Methods:140 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with Bao Zhi Neng,the control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Bao Zhi Neng in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease was accurate,the side effects were few and the safety was high.
