摘　　要：食管异物是临床中较为常见的急症,尖锐异物可穿透食管,给患者造成严重的伤害。文章介绍食管壁内伴甲状腺异物1例并文献复习。Esophageal foreign bodies are common clinical emergencies,sharp foreign bodies can penetrate the esophagus,it can cause serious injury to patients.This article introduces 1 case of esophageal wall complicated with thyroid foreign body and literature review,to provide discuss for clinic.
