摘　　要：目的:探讨注射用盐酸氨溴索在小儿呼吸道感染患儿治疗中的应用方式以及疗效。方法:收治小儿呼吸道感染患者60例,根据治疗方案不同,分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗方案,观察组在此基础上联合注射用盐酸氨溴索治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对小儿呼吸道感染患儿实施治疗时应用盐酸氨溴索注射液,有利于提升治疗效果,同时降低患者不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the application and efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride for injection in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection.Methods:60 cases of children with respiratory tract infection were treated.According to different treatment schemes,all the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given Ambroxol Hydrochloride injection on the basis of routine treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride injection can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in children with respiratory tract infection.
