摘　　要：目的:探讨双钢板治疗Riseborough Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型肱骨髁间骨折疗效。方法:收治RiseboroughⅢ型、Ⅳ型肱骨髁间骨折患者20例,采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板治疗,观察患者治疗效果。结果:该术式入路安全,出血量少,切口全甲级愈合,20例骨折患者均达到骨性愈合,肘关节功能评分优良,手术并发症少。结论:双钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折符合力学原理,固定稳定,可早期功能锻炼,骨折愈合好。Objective:To investigate the effect of double plate in the treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus of Riseborough type Ⅲ and type Ⅳ.Methods:20 patients with intercondylar fracture of humerus of Riseborough type Ⅲ and type Ⅳwere selected,they were treated with olecranon osteotomy and double plate treatment,we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:The way of operation was safe,the volume of blood was small,and the incision was all class A healing,bone healing was achieved in all 20 cases of fracture,the elbow joint function score was excellent,there were few complications of the operation.Conclusion:Double plate in the treatment of intercondylar fracture of humerus was consistent with the principle of mechanics,fixation was stable,it can perform functional exercises at early stage,and fracture healing was good.
