白药膏在原发性肘关节骨性关节炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨白药膏外敷治疗原发性肘关节骨性关节炎疗效。方法:收治原发性肘关节骨性关节炎患者38例,采用白药膏外敷治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗2周、1个月及3个月患者VAS评分及MEPS评分与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且随治疗时间加长疗效提升;治疗1个月与治疗后3个月对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),提示疼痛及功能改善无明显变化。结论:白药膏外敷治疗原发性骨性关节炎疗效显著,且费用低廉。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of white ointment external application in the treatment of primary osteoarthritis of elbow joint.Methods:38 patients with primary osteoarthritis of elbow joint were selected,they were treated with white ointment for external application,we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:After 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months of treatment,the VAS score and MEPS score were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.001),and with the longer treatment time,the curative effect was improved.There was no significant difference between 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05),there was no significant change in pain and function improvement.Conclusion:The efficacy of white ointment external application in the treatment of primary osteoarthritis of elbow joint was significant,the cost was low.
