槐杞黄颗粒调节“哮喘苗期”小儿体液免疫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨槐杞黄颗粒对哮喘苗期小儿体液免疫的调节作用。方法:收治哮喘苗期患儿72例,平分两组。治疗组给予槐杞黄颗粒干预,对照组为空白对照,观察相关指标。结果:治疗组治疗后免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG及T淋巴细胞CD3^+、CD4^+指标较治疗前明显升高,优于对照组(P<0.05);在1年的随访中,治疗组咳喘疾病发病率13.9%,明显低于对照组的30.6%(P<0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒能有效地调节"哮喘苗期"患儿的免疫功能,并减少咳喘的发作次数。Objective:To investigate the regulating effect of huaiqihuang granule on humoral immunity in children with asthma in seedling stage.Methods:72 children with asthma in seedling stage were selected,they were divided into the two groups on average,the treatment group was treated with huaiqihuang granule,while the control group was blank control,we observed related indicators.Results:After treatment,the IgA,IgG,CD3+,CD4+of T lymphocyte in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment,better than the control group(P<0.05).During 1 year of follow-up,the incidence of cough and asthma in the treatment group was 13.9%,significantly lower than 30.6%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huaiqihuang granules can effectively regulate the immune function of children with asthma in the seedling stage and reduce the frequency of cough and asthma.
