咽食管憩室的超声声像图表现

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声在诊断咽食管憩室中的价值。方法:回顾性分析咽食管憩室10例超声声像图表现,所有病灶均通过上消化道钡餐检查确诊。结果:位于甲状腺左叶后方9例,位于甲状腺右叶后方1例。8例憩室内口较宽,囊袋膨大呈圆形或椭圆形。结论:咽食管憩室主要超声表现为不均质回声,前缘边界清楚,可见半环状低回声,形态规则,内部可见片状或弧形强回声,后伴"彗星尾"征或声影,与食管管壁相延续。熟悉其超声图像特征,可以避免漏诊与误诊。Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in pharynx esophageal diverticulum.Methods:The ultrasonographic findings of 10 cases of pharyngoesophageal diverticulum were analyzed retrospectively.All lesions were diagnosed by barium meal examination of upper digestive tract.Results:9 cases were located behind the left lobe of thyroid gland,and 1 cases was located behind the right lobe of thyroid gland.In 8 cases,the opening of the diverticulum was wider and the cyst swell was round or oval.Conclusion:The main ultrasonic manifestations of pharyngoesophageal diverticulum are inhomogeneous echoes,with clear anterior border,semi-circular hypoechoic,regular shape and strong internal echoes,followed by"comet tail"sign or sonographic shadows,continuing with the esophageal wall.Familiarity with its ultrasonographic features can avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
