摘　　要：杵针疗法作为一种独特的中医疗法,可说是指针的一种显像与表达,杵针所使用的穴位不同于普通穴位的点面结合,而是三维立体构成的空间整体。全文介绍杵针疗法的起源、学术传承发展、特殊穴位、应用手法及用于治疗扭挫伤的心得体会。Pestle needle therapy,as the unique Chinese medicine therapy,is a kind of image and expression of fingerpressure therapy.The acupoints applied in the pestle needle therapy are a three-dimensional space as a whole,which is different from that is combined with dot and surface in the common acupoints.This paper introduces the origin of the pestle needle therapy,the current academic inheritance and development,specific acupoints and special application of the technique,and the clinical experiences on the treatment of sprain and contusion diseases with pestle needle therapy.
