摘　　要：通过探究珍珠纤维的结构和性能特点,能够开发出含有珍珠纤维的保健类系列产品,使其具有珍珠的功效:养颜、护肤、舒适、防紫外线等功能。本文采用珍珠纤维、抗菌涤纶和棉进行混纺,从纺纱工艺和织造两个部分阐述,并实现了珍珠纤维面料,通过纱线、织物的断裂强力、厚度、经纬密等性能测试,对纱线、织物的质量等进行评定,发现织物性能良好,且外观的光泽缓和,手感柔软。该研究为开发含有珍珠纤维系列产品提供可靠的参考,丰富现有的服装、纺织品的功能。By exploring the structure and performance characteristics of pearl fiber,pearl fiber health care products can be developed to provide the pearl effect:beautifying,skin care,comfort,UV protection and other functions.In this paper,we blended pearl fiber,antibacterial polyester and cotton and then elaborated from spinning technology and weaving,and realized pearl fiber surface,through yarn,fabric breaking strength,thickness.The quality of the fabric was assessed and we found good fabric performance,and the appearance of the luster is ease,and feels soft.The study provides a reliable reference for the development of a series of products containing pearl fibers,enriching the functions of the existing garments and textiles.
