摘  要:[目的]探究不同激素处理对野生亚麻种子萌发的影响,以期为野生亚麻种质资源的繁殖和利用提供依据。[方法]采用单因素方差分析的方法,研究激素吲哚丁酸(IBA)、赤霉素(GA_3)、6-苄氨基嘌啉(6-BA)和乙烯利对垂果亚麻种子萌发特性的影响。将4种激素分别设定5个浓度梯度,测定激素处理后垂果亚麻种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数。[结果] GA_3浓度为250 mg/L时,可明显提高种子的发芽势和发芽率。不同浓度吲哚丁酸IBA和6-BA均对胡麻种子萌发具有抑制作用。乙烯利对种子萌发的影响不显著。[结论]适当激素处理对垂果亚麻种子萌发具有显著的促进作用。[Objective]To explore the effect of different hormones on seed germination of Linum nutans Maxim,so as to provide basis for breeding and utilization of wild flax germplasm resources.[Method]The effects of hormone indolebutyric acid(IBA),gibberellic acid(GA3),6-benzamidopurinoline(6-BA)and ethephon on the germination characteristics of L.nutans Maxim seed were studied using single factor variance analysis.4kinds of hormones were divided into5concentration gradients to determine the germination energy,germination percentage and germination index.[Result]The germination energy and germination percentage of seeds could be significantly improved when GA3concentration was250mg/L.Different concentrations of indole butyric acid IBA and6-BA inhibited seed germination of flax.The effects of ethephon on seed germination was not significant.[Conclusion]The suitable hormone treatment can significantly promote seed germination.
