摘　　要：[目的]分析四川凉山会理产区生态条件和烟叶质量,为优质烟叶生产提供参考。[方法]通过对四川凉山会理产区气候因素、土壤养分、烟叶外观质量、感官质量和化学成分的综合评价,指导烟叶生产。[结果]会理烟区气温适宜,日照充足,但烟叶生长后期多持续性降雨;植烟土壤有机质含量丰富,速效磷和速效钾含量偏低;会理烟叶的成熟度、叶片结构、油分、色度等各项指标符合标准规定,烟叶外观质量总体较好;烟叶香型为较典型的清香型,香气质较好,香气量较充足,烟气浓度及劲头中等,杂气小,余味干净舒适;烟叶糖含量与糖碱比偏高,烟碱含量、钾离子含量、氯离子含量偏低,钾氯比较适宜。在生产上应注意控制氮肥,增施磷肥与钾肥,同时协调烟株生长与降水量、气温的匹配,并且改良烘烤工艺,使烟叶化学成分趋于协调。[结论]研究可为会理产区烟叶生产和质量提升提供相应参考依据。[Objective]To analyze ecological factors and tobacco leaf quality produced from Huili in Liangshan of Sichuan Province,so as to provide a reference for tobacco production.[Method]In order to guide tobacco production,tobacco leaf quality produced from Huili in Liangshan of Sichuan Province was evaluated from meteorological factors,soil nutrients,appearance quality,sensory quality and chemical composition.[Result]Huili tobacco growing areas had suitable average temperature,ample sunlight and sustainability rainfall on tobacco growth later;the soil condition has strong capability of storing nutrients,available phosphorus and potassium contents were lower;Huili tobacco leaf has required maturity,leaf structure,oil content and color,leaf overall appearance quality was relatively good;Huili tobacco leaf had typical light aroma style,good aroma quality,abundant flavor,moderate strength,little odd smell,clean and comfortable after taste;the content of sugar and sugar alkaline ratio were relatively high,the contents of nicotine,potassium and chlorine were low,potassium and chlorine ratio was appropriate.During production,we should pay attention to the control of nitrogen fertilizer,adding phosphate fertilizer and potassium fertilizer,coordinating the match of the growth of tobacco plant with precipitation and temperature,improving the baking process to make the chemical composition more harmonious.[Conclusion]This research provided corresponding reference basis for tobacco production and quality improvement.
