县域生态空间识别与保护研究——以湖南省安化县为例

摘　　要：[目的]科学识别并保护生态空间。[方法]以湖南省安化县为例,运用GIS平台,基于生态敏感性和生态系统服务功能,对国土空间生态功能进行综合评价,据此识别生态空间,并构建生态空间管控体系。[结果]安化县禁止开发建设的基础性生态保护空间面积7.19 km^2,占全县总面积的14.55%,范围主要包括县域西北部、中部和资江沿岸的各类禁止开发区核心区及地灾高易发区。限制开发建设的重要生态保护空间面积27.51 km^2,占全县总面积的55.63%,主要分布于县域东部和西南部。[结论]安化县的生态空间主要包含西北部山地区域和中部资江沿岸地区,该区域的生态敏感度较高,且具有较重要的生态服务价值,因此生态空间的划定有利于统筹引导区域生态保护与修复,为构建生态文明安全格局提供基础保障。[Objective]The research aimed to scientifically identify and protect ecological spaces.[Method]Taking Anhua County in Hunan Province as an example,this paper used GIS platform to comprehensively evaluate the ecological function of land space based on the ecological sensitivity and ecosystem service function,so as to identify the ecological space and establish the ecological space control system.[Result]In Anhua County,the area of basic ecological protection that was prohibited from development and construction was7.19km2,accounting for14.55%of the total area of the county.The area mainly included various core areas of prohibited development zones and areas with high risk of land disasters in the northwest,central and along the Zijiang River.The important ecological protection space area of limited development and construction was27.51km2,accounting for55.63%of the total area of the county,mainly distributed in the east and southwest of the county.[Conclusion]The ecological space of Anhua County mainly includes the northwestern mountainous area and the central coastal area of Zijiang River.This area has high ecological sensitivity and important ecological service value.Therefore,the delineation of ecological space is conducive to the overall guidance of regional ecological protection and restoration,and provides a basic guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization and security.
