摘　　要：[目的]为规范中药材种子市场,保证种子的质量,研究制定毛鸡骨草种子检验规程。[方法]参照现有种子质量检验的成果,研究毛鸡骨草种子的检验方法,内容包括扦样、净度分析、发芽试验、真实性鉴定、水分测定、四唑测定、重量测定等。[结果]确定其室内检验的标准检验方法,制定了毛鸡骨草种子检验规程。[结论]制定的毛鸡骨草种子检验规程经多批次种子质量检验实践,是可行的。[Objective]In order to standardize the seed market of Chinese medicinal materials and ensure the quality of seeds,a study on inspection rules for Abrus mollis seed was carried out and to formulate the standard.[Method]Referring to the latest researches of seed testing,several aspects including seeds sampling,the purity analysis,the germination test,verification of species,determination of moisture content,the TTC test and weight determination were studied.[Result]By these,a inspection rule for Abrus mollis seed was established.[Conclusion]After practice,it could be utilized to the seed test and seed quality control of Abrus mollis.
