摘　　要：基于现有密集烤房列管式热风炉换热效率普遍较低问题,有针对性的设计研发、制备了以热管为传热元件的热管式热风炉,通过烟叶烘烤试验,对热管式热风炉在密集烤房应用中存在的高温烟气与空气的换热问题以及积灰、结露和腐蚀等进行探索,并提出相应的解决方法。Based on the problem of low heat exchange efficiency of the wall-type hot blast stove in the existing tobacco intensive roasting room,a heat-pipe-type hot blast stove with heat pipe as heat transfer element has been designed and developed.Through the tobacco roasting experiment,the heat exchange of flue gas and air under high temperature,as well as problems of dust accumulation,condensation and corrosion in the application of heat-pipe-type hot blast stove in dense barn was studied,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.
