摘　　要：目的研究比黑马尔江散(BHM)防治胃溃疡及其抗炎、镇痛作用。方法建立水浸应激和吲哚美辛药物致大鼠胃溃疡模型,随机分为模型组、BHM高、低剂量组、阳性对照组,另设正常对照组,观察各组大鼠胃黏膜外观、水肿、溃疡指数,胃粘膜组织病理学变化。建立蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀炎症模型,观察小鼠足跖肿胀度。建立醋酸致小鼠腹痛模型,观察小鼠扭体反应潜伏期及扭体次数。结果与模型组比较,BHM给药组大鼠胃黏膜水肿和溃疡指数降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与炎症模型组比较,BHM给药组小鼠足跖肿胀度减轻,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与腹痛模型组比较,BHM给药组小鼠扭体反应潜伏期延长,扭体次数减少,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 BHM散具有抗炎、镇痛作用,对应激和化学药物引起的胃溃疡有预防保护作用。Objective To observe the preventive effect of Biheimaer(BHM)on gastric ulcer and it's anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.Methods Water immersion stress induced gastric ulcer model,indomethacin induced gastric ulcer model were established,rats were randomly divided into model group,low and high dose BHM group,positive control group,normal control group,to observe the appearance of gastric mucosa,edema,ulcer index,gastric mucosa pathological changes;egg white induced foot swelling inflammation model were established to observe Plantar swelling degree;acetic acid induced abdominal pain model were established to observe latency period and number of twisted body reaction.Results compared with the model group,the gastric mucosal edema and ulcer index of the BHM group decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In inflammatory mice,the degree of plantar swelling was reduced(P<0.05).The latency period of twisted body response in abdominal pain mice was prolonged,and the number of body twist decreased,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BHM has anti-inflammatory,analgesic effects,and has preventive effect on stress and chemical drugs induced gastric ulcer.
