摘  要:C形换热器的结构具有特殊性,有必要对其处于大空间中的自然对流换热机理进行研究。以单C形传热管作为研究对象,用CFD分析技术,对管外流体的流动和热边界层进行分析,得到与直管自然对流换热之间的差异。对C形传热管在大空间中自然对流换热稳态时的总体换热进行研究,引入变量L/H,与Ra数相结合,得到两者与Nu之间的关系式,通过数据拟合得到一定范围内C形传热管自然对流Nu的计算关系式。The C-tube structure has special characteristics,it is necessary to study the natural convection heat transfer mechanism in large space.This paper takes single C-tube as research object and uses CFD analysis technology,the flow outside of C-tube and thermal boundary layer are analyzed to obtain the natural convection heat transfer difference between straight pipe and C-tube.Study on the overall heat transfer of C-tube in steady state of natural convection heat transfer in large space,variables L/H are introduced and combined with Ra to obtain the relationship with Nu,then data is fitted to get Nu calculation formula of C-tube natural convection heat transfer within a certain range in large space.
