摘　　要：工匠精神的培育已成为国家意识和全民共识,开展工匠精神内涵研究是开展工匠精神培育研究的起点。笔者通过文献研究,在学习与借鉴国外制造强国的工匠精神,以及对我国传统工匠精神加以继承和扬弃的基础上,笔者认为应从技、艺、德、道四个方面,以技艺精湛、推陈出新、乐于奉献、臻于化境为核心,构筑具有中国特色、中国品格、中国气派的新时代工匠精神内涵。The cultivation of craftsmanship has become the national consciousness and the consensus of the whole people.The research on the connotation of craftsmanship is the starting point of the research on the cultivation of craftsmanship.On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from the craftsman spirit of foreign manufacturing powers and inheriting and discarding the traditional craftsman spirit of our country,the author believes that the craftsman spirit in the new era with Chinese characteristics,Chinese character and Chinese style should be constructed from four aspects:skill,art,morality and Taoism,with the core of exquisite craftsmanship,innovation,dedication and immersion in the environment.
