摘　　要：本文从甘特图的创立背景出发,具体阐述了甘特图的使用方式、常用的绘制软件,研究了甘特图在项目管理中的具体应用,根据项目的难易,整理了两套甘特图的项目管理方案。本论文提出的方案,对项目管理的初学者具有一定的参考价值。Starting from the background of Gantt Chart,this paper expounds the usage of Gantt Chart and the common drawing software,and studies the application of Gantt Chart in project management.The scheme proposed in this paper has certain reference value for the beginner of project management.
