摘　　要：目的:通过医院HIS系统对临床医务人员在医嘱下达和执行过程中的行为进行规范,以确保医疗质量和医疗安全。结论:电子医嘱的规范管理制度的实施,引起了医护人员对电子医嘱存在问题的重视,提高医护人员的工作责任心,有效避免了不规范医嘱的产生和执行,既保障了患者权益,避免了医疗事故的发生。OBJECTIVE:To standardize the behavior of clinical medical staff in the process of issuing and executing medical orders by HIS system in order to ensure medical quality and safety.Conclusion:The implementation of the standardized management system of electronic doctor’s order has aroused the attention of medical staff to the problems existing in electronic doctor’s order,enhanced the responsibility of medical staff,effectively avoided the occurrence and implementation of non-standardized doctor’s order,guaranteed the rights and interests of patients,and avoided the occurrence of medical accidents.
