两种换药方式对糖尿病足护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:比较两种不同的换药方式应用在糖尿病足护理中的效果。方法:随机选取2016年2月—2018年2月我院收治的糖尿病足患者60例,依据换药方式将这些患者分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)两组,研究组患者采用康复液换药方式换药,对照组患者采用生理盐水冲洗加胰岛素滴在伤口上的方式换药,然后对两组患者的临床疗效、单次换药时间、换药次数、溃疡愈合时间进行统计分析。结果:研究组患者中愈合22例,好转6例,治疗的总有效率为93.3%(28/30);对照组患者中愈合14例,好转9例,治疗的总有效率为76.7%(23/30)。和对照组相比,研究组患者治疗的总有效率显著升高(P<0.05)。研究组患者的单次换药时间、溃疡愈合时间(10.1±1.2)min、(31.8±5.3)d均显著短于对照组(14.7±2.7)min、(40.1±7.6)d,(P<0.05),换药次数(11.7±2.5)次显著少于对照组(16.5±3.8)次,(P<0.05)。结论:康复液换药方式应用在糖尿病足护理中的效果较用生理盐水冲洗加胰岛素滴在伤口上的方式更好。Objective:To compare the effects of two different ways of changing medicine in diabetic foot care.Methods:60cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly selected from February2016to February2018.The patients were divided into two groups:the research group(N=30)and the control group(N=30)according to the method of changing the drug.The patients of the research group were replaced with rehabilitation fluid.In the control group,the patients were changed by washing with saline and dropping insulin on the wound.Then the clinical efficacy,single change time,change time,and ulcer healing time of the two groups were analyzed.Results:22cases were healed,6cases were improved,and the total effective rate of treatment was93.3%(28/30).In the control group,there were14cases of healing and9cases of improvement.The total effective rate of treatment was76.7%(23/30).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher.Conclusion:The effect of using rehabilitation fluid exchange in the nursing of middle diabetic foot is better than that of washing with saline and adding insulin to the wound,which is worthy of clinical application.
