摘　　要：就业是最大的民生,也是经济发展最基本的支撑。在当下国家提倡"大众创业、万众创新"的大背景下,共享经济通过互联网技术的广泛应用,以平台共享的模式实现了线上需求与线下资源的有机融合与高效对接,为就业者提供了灵活的工作方式的选择,为社会的稳定发展创造了大量多种类的就业机会。为此,本课题展开针对性研究:对革新就业模式、培育新的就业增长点、提高就业质量和就业满意度、缓解劳动者素质结构与经济社会发展需求不相适应、结构性就业矛盾突出等问题有着指导性的现实意义。Employment is the greatest livelihood and the most basic support for economic development.Under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation"advocated by the state,the sharing economy has been widely used through the Internet technology.The platform-sharing mode has realized the organic integration and efficient docking of online demand and offline resources.It has provided the employers with a flexible choice of working methods and created a stable development of society.There are many kinds of job opportunities.To this end,this topic launched targeted research:innovative employment model,cultivate new employment growth point,improve the quality of employment and employment satisfaction,alleviate the incompatibility between the quality structure of workers and economic and social development needs,structural employment contradictions prominent and other issues have guiding practical significance.
