摘 要:为了解仔猪以不同免疫程序接种猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)疫苗后产生的血清抗体水平,在规模化猪场筛选猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)和抗体均为阴性的仔猪40头,随机分为4组。其中试验A组、试验B组和试验C组均为14d首次接种经典PRRS弱毒疫苗,试验A组在35d二次免疫高致病性PRRSV灭活疫苗,试验B组在35d二次接种经典PRRS弱毒疫苗,试验C组在35d注射生理盐水,对照组D组在14d、35d均注射生理盐水。在仔猪免疫接种后0、7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56和63d分别采血,用N-ELISA和G-ELISA两种试剂盒检测PRRSV特异性抗体。结果显示,N-ELISA抗体水平A组与B组差异不显著(P>0.5),而G-ELISA抗体水平在免疫后35d、56d、63dA组显著高于B组(P<0.5)。表明14d首次接种经典PRRSV弱毒疫苗和35d二次接种高致病性PRRSV灭活疫苗的免疫效果优于仅单独一次或两次接种PRRSV弱毒疫苗效果。In order to explore the serum antibody levels of piglets inoculated with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)vaccine in different immunization programs,40piglets without PRRSV antigen and antibody were selected and randomly divided into four groups.Groups A,B and C were immunized with the classical attenuated PRRS vaccine for the first time at14-day-old age,group A was boosted with highly pathogenic inactivated vaccine at35-day-old age;group B was boosted with the classical attenuated vaccine at35-day-old age;group C was given with normal saline at35-day-old age;and control group D was given with normal saline at14-and35-day-old ages.Then blood samples were collected at0,7,14,21,28,35,42,49,56and63d,respectively.After immunization,the PRRSV specific antibodies were examined by N-ELISA and G-ELISA kits.The results showed that N-ELISA antibody levels in group A and group B were not significant(P>0.5);G-ELISA antibody levels in group A were higher than that in group B at35,56and63d(P<0.5).As indicated above,the immune effect of classical PRRSV attenuated vaccine at14d and highly pathogenic inactivated vaccine for the second time at35d were better than that of only once or twice classical attenuated vaccine immunization.
