摘 要:以水萃取和醇沉法制备的绿萝花浸膏和粗多糖为研究材料,以流式细胞术为检测手段,S180荷瘤小鼠CTL、HTL、NK细胞为检测指标,探讨绿萝花对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤免疫功能的影响。结果表明,小鼠接种S180瘤细胞后,血液中CD3^+T细胞数量下降,口服绿萝花浸膏、粗多糖口服液和环磷酰胺后,在不同检测时间点,荷瘤小鼠血液中CD3^+T细胞数量升高,且随着给药时间的延长,效果越明显,说明绿萝花(1g/kg~2.0g/kg)及绿萝花多糖(100mg/kg)连续口服7d~28d,具有升高由S180瘤细胞引起的小鼠血液中CD3^+T细胞数量下降趋势的作用;绿萝花(1.0g/kg)及绿萝花多糖(100mg/kg)连续口服14d~28d,具有升高S180瘤荷小鼠和健康小鼠CD335^+T细胞数量的作用,为绿萝花进一步开发利用提供试验依据。In this research,Scindapsus aureus extractum and crude polysaccharides were prepared by aqueous extraction method and alcohol precipitation method as research material,and flow cytometry was used as the detection method,CTL-cells,HTL-cells and NK-cells of S180mice were detected.The result showed that the number of CD3+T cells in the blood decreased after inoculation with S180tumor cells.After oral administration of Scindapsus aureus extractum,crude polysaccharide oral liquid and cyclophosphamide,CD3+T cells in blood of tumor-bearing mice increased at different detection time points,and with the prolongation of medication,the effect was more obvious.Scindapsus aureus(1g/kg-2.0g/kg)and polysaccharides(100mg/kg)were continuously administrated for7d-28d,the numbers of CD3+T cells in blood of mice which had descending trend caused by S180-tumor cells increased.Scindapsus aureus(1g/kg)and polysaccharides(100mg/kg)were continuously administrated for14d-28d,the numbers of CD335+T cells in S180-bearing mice and healthy mice increased.The results provided experimental basis for further development and utilization of Scindapsus aureus.
