摘　　要：观察鱼腥草桔苓合剂长期给药对大鼠的影响,了解长期使用该药物对机体的毒性反应,为临床安全用药提供科学依据。将SD大鼠随机分为4组,3个剂量组分别给予鱼腥草桔苓合剂50、25、12.5mL/kg体重,空白对照组给予等量饮水,每日1次,连续给药30d,停药后继续观察7d,检测大鼠脏器指数、血常规和血液生化指标,并观察病理组织学变化。结果表明,给药后30d和停药后7d,大鼠临床表现、体重、脏器指数、血液学、血液生化指标及病理组织学检测与空白对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。说明鱼腥草桔苓合剂在大鼠长期试验中无明显不良影响,停药7d后未出现延迟性的不良反应,安全性好。The long term effect of Yuxingcaojieling mixture administration on rats was observed to understand the toxicity of the drug in animals and to provide a scientific basis for its clinical application.The SD rats were randomly divided into4groups,the three experimental groups were given Yuxingcaojieling mixture in doses of50mL/kg,25mL/kg,12.5mL/kg for30days respectiviely and continuous observation for7days was conducted.The blank control group was given the same amount of water.The body weight,indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry,weight coefficients of organs were detected,and the histopathological sections were observed.The results showed that the body weight,indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry,histopathological examination and weight coefficients of organs had no significant change when compared with the blank control group(P>0.05).The findings suggested that Yuxingcaojieling mixture did not induce any side effect in30day treatments and the following7days.
