摘 要:为研究新疆阿魏多糖、药桑多糖及其硫酸化产物体外抗新城疫病毒(NDV)作用,用MTT测定各多糖对鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)的安全浓度,选择安全浓度范围内的5种浓度的各多糖与NDV用3种不同的加药方式(先加多塘、后加多塘、多糖和病毒混合后同时加入)加入到CEF中,用MTT法测定各多糖对NDV感染CEF能力的影响。结果表明,各多糖均有一定的抗NDV作用,其中先加病毒后加多糖组抗病毒效果最好,各多糖中药桑多糖的硫酸化修饰物(sMP2.5)抗NDV作用最强,病毒抑制率达到87.69%,具有较好的研发前景。Study on the anti-Newcastle disease virus effects of FSP and MP and their sulfated modifiers was conducted.The safety concentrations and growth of chicken embryo fibroblast(CEF)were assayed by MTT method.Under the safe ranges of concentrations,the anti-Newcastle disease virus(NDV)activities of polysaccharides were detected through the way of pre-adding polysaccharides,post-adding polysaccharides and adding polysaccharides with NDV.Results showed that the antiviral effect in post-adding polysaccharide groups was the best.Among polysaccharides,sMP2.5had the strongest anti-NDV effect,the virus inhibition rate reached87.69%,and has a research and development prospects.
