摘　　要：加米霉素是法国梅里亚动物保健公司研发的一种新型的半合成大环内酯类兽用抗生素,通过抑制敏感菌RNA依赖性蛋白合成而起到杀菌作用,用于兽医临床因巴氏杆菌、支原体、睡眠嗜组织菌等感染所致的牛呼吸道疾病。加米霉素作为新一代大环类脂类抗菌药,具有给药吸收快、肺部药物浓度高、抗菌活性强、毒性低以及组织残留少等优点,具有广阔的临床应用前景。论文从加米霉素的理化性质、抗菌机理、抗菌活性、药动学、残留与休药期、临床应用等方面进行综述,为其能在我国兽医临床上的合理应用、制剂研制与新药开发等方面提供参考。Gamithromycin is a new kind of semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic that developed by a animal health company called Merial Ltd,which inhibits the RNA-dependent protein synthesis of sensitive bacteria and approved for prophylaxis and treatment of bovine respiratory disease(BRD)caused by Pasteurella multocida,Mycoplasma bovis,Histophilus somni,Mannheimia haemolytica.Gamithromycin,as a new generation of macrolide antibiotic,has broad application prospect in veterinary medicine due to its excellent pharmacokinetic(PK)and pharmacodynamics(PD)characterization include absorbed quickly,high drug concentration in pulmonary tissue,effective antibacterial action,low toxicity,small residue in edible tissue and so on.This paper summed up the physical and chemical properties,antibacterial mechanism,antibacterial activity,PK,residue and withdrawal time,clinical use of gamithromycin for providing the theoretical reference and data support in its rational application,preparation and development of new drug in our country.
