摘　　要：附红细胞体是寄生于人和动物红细胞表面或游离于血浆、组织液中的一种病原微生物。附红细胞体病是以附红细胞体为病原侵入机体而引发的一种人畜共患病。感染动物会出现发热、黄疸、溶血性贫血、生长迟缓等临床症状。目前,附红细胞体病在中国、美国、澳大利亚、新西兰等数十个国家和地区均有报道,感染动物包括猪、牛、羊、犬、人,甚至在野生动物中也存在该病。因此,加深对该病了解,控制该病发生以及如何有效治疗,具有极为重要的实践意义与经济价值。论文就临床症状、诊断方法、流行概况、公共卫生安全等方面研究进行阐述,为相关研究提供参考。Eperythrozoon is a pathogenic microorganism which parasitizes on the surface of human and animal erythrocytes or free from plasma and tissue fluid.Eperythrozoonsis is a zoonosis.Infected animals may appear fever,jaundice,hemolytic anemia,growth retardation and other clinical symptoms.At present,eperythrozoonosis has been reported in dozens of countries and regions including China,the United States,Australia and New Zealand.The infected animals,including pigs,cattle,sheep,dogs,humans and even wildlife.Therefore,it has extremely important practical significance and economic value to deepen understanding the disease,control the occurrence of the disease and effectively treat.The paper described the clinical symptoms,diagnosis,epidemiology,public health and safety aspects of the eperythrozoonosis for providing references in the relevant research.
