精准化服务药学科普志愿者的需求与对策研究

摘　　要：目的调查我国部分地区药学科普志愿者工作现状及其需求。方法 2018年1-2月,采用问卷调查形式对我国大部分省市药学科普志愿者进行调查,共回收有效调查问卷446份。结果受访者平均年龄34. 81岁,女性稍多。志愿者多为医药(医学、药学、医技)专业(92. 6%),64. 1%的志愿者有临床药学背景;多数志愿活动(占80. 5%)均由单位或学校组织;院内组织科普讲座(占71. 1%)是应用最广的科普志愿服务形式,74. 9%的志愿者参与了多种形式的志愿服务; 65. 7%的受访者出于社会责任感以及帮助他人的成就感进行志愿活动,在工作中得到了较好的满足; 84. 3%的受访者接受过药物专业知识的培训,65. 7%的受访者接受了服务沟通规范的培训,但定期化的培训仍较少;大多数志愿者(62. 8%)并未与机构签订相关协议,85. 2%的受访者未取得适当的交通等补贴,对此志愿者普遍满意度较低。多数志愿者对于提升自身能力、促进团队建设方面有所需求,其中对于远程科普系统(43. 9%)和去往其他单位进行学习交流的需求最为迫切(39. 9%)。结论药学科普志愿者总体素质及奉献意识较强,需要明确相关的制度,对志愿者队伍加以规范化管理,并配备相应的资源,给予志愿者基本保障以及自我提升的机会。Objective To investigate the current situation and needs of pharmaceutical science popularization volunteers in some regions of China.Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out in pharmaceutical science popularization volunteers in most provinces and cities in China from January to February2018.A total of446valid questionnaires were collected.Results The average age of respondents was34.81years old,and more than half of them were female.The volunteers mostly(92.6%)majored in medicine(medical science,pharmacy and medical technology),64.1%of the volunteers owned clinical pharmacy background.Most volunteers(80.5%)were organized by the company or school.Organized science lectures were the most widely used forms of popular science volunteering(71.1%);74.9%of volunteers participated in various forms of voluntory services;65.7%of respondents volunteered because of social responsibility and the sense of achievement during helping others,and they felt satisfied at work.There were84.3%and65.7%of respondents who were trained in drug expertise and service communication practices respectively.However,regular training was still rare.The vast majority of volunteers(62.8%)had not signed relevant agreements with institutions,and85.2%of respondents had not obtained appropriate transportation and other subsidies.Generally,volunteers had low satisfaction with the above two aspects.Most of the volunteers need improving their own ability and team building,among which the need for remote learning(43.9%)and opportunities of learning exchanges with other units is the most urgent(39.9%).Conclusion The general quality and dedication of pharmaceutical science popularization volunteers are great.It is necessary to clarify the relevant systems and standardize the management of volunteers;besides,relevant resources should be given to provide basic guarantees and opportunities for their self-improvement.
