多功能颈椎保健治疗枕辅助治疗青壮年颈椎病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察多功能颈椎保健治疗枕辅助治疗青壮年颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将100例颈型、神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组50例。两组均给予常规治疗,睡觉时治疗组采用多功能颈椎保健治疗枕,对照组使用普通枕头,连续使用6个月。记录并对比两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、颈部功能残障指数(NDI)、颈椎曲度(Borden氏法)及治疗后6个月内的复发率。结果治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、NDI均低于治疗前,并且治疗组VAS评分、NDI低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,治疗组的颈椎曲度大于治疗前及对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后6个月,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论多功能颈椎保健治疗枕辅助治疗颈椎病可有效缓解患者临床症状,纠正颈椎曲度,减少复发。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of multifunctional cervical health care pillow for cervical spondylopathy in young adults.Methods One hundred patients with cervical spondylopathy of cervical or nerve root type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with50cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,besides,the treatment group adopted multifunctional cervical health care pillow for treatment for consecutive6months when slept,while the control group used ordinary pillow for consecutive6months.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain score,neck disability index(NDI),cervical curvature measurement(Borden's method)before and after treatment,as well as the recurrence rate within6months after treatment,were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,both VAS score and NDI were lower in the two groups compared with those before treatment,and the VAS score and NDI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the cervical curvature of the treatment group was greater than that before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).After6months of treatment,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multifunctional cervical health care pillow,as an adjuvant therapy for cervical spondylopathy,is effective in alleviating patients'clinical symptoms,adjusting cervical curvature and reducing the recurrence rate.
