重组人白细胞介素2联合保妇康栓治疗HPV感染性宫颈炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人白细胞介素2(rh IL-2)联合保妇康栓治疗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法 200例HPV感染性宫颈炎患者。随机分为A组和B组,每组100例。A组给予rh IL-2联合保妇康栓治疗,B组给予保妇康栓治疗。比较治疗后4个月两组的宫颈超薄细胞学筛查(TCT)转阴情况及HPV转阴情况。结果治疗后4个月,A组HPV转阴疗效及TCT阴转疗效均好于B组(P <0. 05)。结论 Rh IL-2联合保妇康栓治疗HPV感染性宫颈炎的效果优于单纯使用妇康栓。Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human interleukin2(rh IL-2)combined with Baofukang suppository on cervicitis due to human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of200patients with cervicitis due to HPV infection were randomly divided into group A and group B,with100cases in each group.Group A was given rh IL-2combined with Baofukang suppository,while group B was given Baofukang suppository.The negative condition conversion of Thinprep cytologic test(TCT)result and HPV conversion were compared between the two groups after4months of treatment.Results After4months of treatment,group A was superior to group B in the efficacy for HPV conversion and TCT negative condition conversion(P<0.05).Conclusion Rh IL-2combined with Baofukang suppository is effective in treating cervicitis due to HPV infection.
