摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)患者行经皮脊柱内窥镜治疗(PESS)后发生腰椎手术失败综合征(FBSS)的影响因素。方法选择162例行PESS治疗的LSS患者,根据术后是否发生FBSS分为观察组30例和对照组132例。收集所有患者的相关临床资料,采用Logistic回归模型分析影响LSS患者PESS术后发生FBSS的影响因素。结果 162例患者中,30例患者发生FBSS,发生率为18. 5%。两组患者的焦虑、腰椎手术史、症状持续时间等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。多因素分析结果显示,焦虑、有腰椎手术史、症状持续时间长是LSS患者术后发生FBSS的危险因素(P <0. 05)。结论存在焦虑、有腰椎手术史、症状持续时间长是LSS患者经PESS治疗后发生FBSS的危险因素。Objective To explore the influencing factors of failed back surgery syndrome(FBSS)following percutaneous endoscopic spine surgery(PESS)in the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods A total of162patients with LSS who underwent PESS were divided into observation group(30cases)and control group(132cases)according to whether they suffered from FBSS after operation.The clinical data associated with the patients were all collected,and the influencing factors of post-PESS FBSS were analyzed in LSS patients using the Logistic regression model.Results Among the162patients,FBSS was observed in30cases,the incidence rate was18.5%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in the items concerning anxiety,history of lumbar surgery,and prolonged duration of symptoms(P<0.05).The result of multivariate analysis showed that anxiety,history of lumbar surgery,and prolonged duration of symptoms were the risk factors for postoperative FBSS in LSS patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Suffering anxiety,history of lumbar surgery,and prolonged duration of symptoms are the risk factors for post-PESS FBSS in LSS patients.
