摘　　要：目的观察肿胀技术在女性尿道肉阜手术中的应用效果。方法将47例女性尿道肉阜患者随机分为观察组24例与对照组23例。观察组患者采用肿胀技术联合尿道肉阜切除术治疗,对照组患者采用常规尿道肉阜切除术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后并发症及复发情况。结果观察组术中出血量及手术时间均少于对照组(均P <0. 05),但两组术后住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。术后随访3～24个月,观察组发生术后疼痛1例(4. 17%),复发0例,对照组发生术后疼痛2例(8. 70%),复发1例(4. 35%),两组术后疼痛发生率及复发率差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。结论在女性尿道肉阜切除手术中采用肿胀技术,可减少手术时间及术中出血,安全性高。Objective To observe the effect of tumescent technique applied to urethral caruncle surgery in females.Methods Forty-seven female patients with urethral caruncle were randomly divided into observation group(24cases)and control group(23cases).The patients in the observation group were treated by tumescent technique combined with urethral caruncle resection,while the patients in the control group were treated by routine urethral caruncle resection.The operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,and postoperative complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss and operation duration in the observation group were less than those in the control group(all P>0.05),however,there was no statistically significant difference in the postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P<0.05).The patients were followed up for3to24months after operation,there was1case(4.17%)of postoperative pain and no recurrence occurred in the observation group,while in the control group,there were2cases(8.70%)of postoperative pain and1recurrent case(4.35%),and no statistically significant difference was found in the incidence rate of postoperative pain or recurrence rate between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Tumescent technique applied to female urethral caruncle resection can reduce operation duration and intraoperative blood loss,with a high safety.
