Report on Effects of Purificating and Rejuvenating Charolais by Imported Charolais' Frozen Semen in Ta'e Area

摘　　要：为了提纯复壮新疆生产建设兵团第九师165团夏洛莱牛品种,引进夏洛莱冻精,通过同期发情、人工授精技术对选育的优质夏洛莱母牛进行冷配,测定后代夏洛莱牛体重、体尺指标,与原有的夏洛莱牛作对比,同时对比20世纪80年代、90年代、2000年夏洛莱牛体重、体尺数据,结果显示:20世纪80年代夏洛莱牛体重、体尺数据显著高于2000年夏洛莱牛(P<0.05),表明夏洛莱肉牛品种生产性能出现下降的趋势。引进冻精提纯复壮的后代夏洛莱公牛初生重(38.75±5.48) kg,母牛初生重(34.69±5.16) kg,高于原有牛,但差异不显著(P>0.05),与20世纪80年代夏洛莱公、母牛初生重数据基本持平;12月龄公牛体重(376.11±18.08) kg,母牛体重(326.14±19.91) kg,显著高于原有牛(P<0.05),复壮公牛0～12月龄平均日增重为0.94 kg/d,复壮母牛0～12月龄平均日增重为0.79 kg/d,与国内学者报道的基本一致,12月龄公、母牛体尺数据显著高于原有牛(P<0.05),与20世纪80年代夏洛莱牛12月龄体重、体尺数据保持一致。因此,引进冻精提纯复壮夏洛莱牛能显著提高其后代体重、体尺数据。To purify and rejuvenate Charolais’breed in165th Regiment,9th Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,Charolais’frozen sperm was imported,the selected qualified Charolais were cold-inseminated,by simultaneous estrus and artificial insemination,measuring the weight and body size of Charolais’descendants.Compared with the original Charolais,and the weight and body size of Charolais in the80s,90s and2000,it was found that the weight and body size of Charolais were superior to that of Charolais in2000(P<0.05),indicating that the performance of Charolais was decreasing.For the purified and rejuvenated descendant charolais,the weight at birth of bull was38.75±5.48)kg,and the cow was34.69±5.16)kg,which was higher than that of the original ones,but the difference was not obvious(P>0.05),and basically equal to that of charolais in the1980s;12-month bull weight was(376.11±18.08)kg,and cow was(326.14±19.91)kg,which was significantly higher than that of the original ones(P<0.05),The average daily gain of rejuvenated bull of12months was0.94kg/d,and the cow was0.79kg/d,which was basically consistent with that reported by scholars in China.The body size of12-month bull and cow was much larger than that of the original ones(P<0.05),which was consistent with that in the1980s.Therefore,the imported Charolais’frozen semen for purification and rejuvenation could significantly improve the weight and body size of their offsprings.
