摘 要:为了解决传统煤泥调浆装置调浆效果不理想的问题,在对常见调浆设备介绍的基础上,设计出一种集射流混合、搅拌混合和管道混合于一体的组合式煤泥调浆装置。试验结果表明:经射流-搅拌组合式煤泥调浆装置处理后,浮选精煤产率比直接浮选的精煤产率提高了5. 89个百分点,精煤灰分变化稳定在1. 78个百分点之内,调浆效果显著。An introduction is made in the paper to the commonly used flotation feed pulp preconditioning devices,which are all found to be less satisfactory in performance.To tackle this problem,a pulp preconditioning device with jet mixing-mechanical agitation-pipe stirring integrated operations is developed.Test result shows that the use of the device has met with a remarkably good result as evidenced by the facts that the yield of concentrate is 5.89 percentage points higher as compared to direct flotation process,and the concentrate ash remains stably with 1.78 percentage point.
