摘 要:为提高宁东矿区低值煤的生产量,在确保产品指标满足用户需求的基础上,选配煤中心通过低值煤和优质煤的合理掺配,减少矸石进入洗选系统的改进方案,充分利用了低值煤资源。生产实践表明,通过合理配洗低值煤,提高了产品产量,降低了外排和堆放生产成本,避免了对环境造成的污染,创造了可观的经济效益。In order to enable the mines in Ningdong mining area to increase low-grade coal output,the improvement scheme as follows is proposed for making full use of the low-grade coal resources;separation of the low-grade coal through rational blending with good-quality coal and reduction of the amount of refuse getting into washing system.Practice shows that separation of low-grade coal in a rationally blended manner has led to increase of yield of cleaned coal product,reduction of operating cost incurred by external dumping or stockpiling of low-grade coal and environmental pollution,creating,therefore,substantial economic revenues.
