摘  要:为了解决S7-200可编程控制器无法通过编程软件STEP 7-Microwin 4预设的通信协议直接读取SCL-61D超声水表数据的问题,根据S7-200可编程控制器自由口通信的定义和特点,提出依据SCL-61D超声水表通信协议规范,在S7-200可编程控制器中编写程序,采用自由口模式建立通信。生产实践表明:采用这种方法实现SCL-61D超声水表数据的读取后,两者之间的通信具有实时性、可靠性、稳定性。In order to tackle the problem relating to the inability of the S7-200 programmable controller to directly read the data of the SCL-61 ultrasonic water meter via the communication protocol preset by the programming software STEP 7-Microwin4,it is proposed to first write a program in S7-200 controller in accordance with the definition and characteristics of the controller′s free port communication protocol and the SCL-61 D water meter′s communication protocol specifications,and then use the free port mode to set up the communication link.As the meter′s data can be read out by using this method real-time communication between the meter and controller can be made in a secure and reliable manner.
