摘 要:本文综述了云南钢业股份有限公司冶炼加工总厂铜阳极泥处理工艺中有价金属铅、锑、铋、碲的分散率,并针对最大的分散点浮选尾矿进行回收的探索。对浮选尾矿熔炼合金的真空蒸馏进行计算分析,对浮选尾矿熔炼合金、浮选尾矿碱性浸出碲后的浸出渣熔炼合金开展真空蒸馏试验,验证了真空蒸馏的可行性,得到最优工艺参数为1 000℃,蒸馏90 min,在该工艺条件下,铅、铋的分离率可以分别达到99%、73%,金、银的直收率可以分别达到94.63%、91.04%。提出了熔炼过程中锑的定向去除为后续浮选尾矿综合回收工艺的新切入点,即可实现较为高效、经济的浮选尾矿有价金属回收工艺。his paper summarizes the dispersion rate of valuable metals such as lead,antimony,bismuth and tellurium in the treatment process of copper anode slime in Yunnan copper smelting and processing general plant,and recovery explores based on the largest dispersion point,flotation tailings.Vacuum distillation of flotation tailings smelting alloy is calculated and analyzed;vacuum distillation test is carry out on flotation tailings smelting alloy,leached residue smelting alloy after alkaline leaching of tellurium to verify the feasibility of the vacuum distillation.The optimal process parameters is1000℃,distillation time90min,and under this condition,the separation rate of lead and bismuth can reach99%and73%respectively,the direct recovery of gold and silver can reach94.63%and91.04%respectively.The directional removal of antimony in smelting process is a new breakthrough point for the comprehensive recovery process of subsequent flotation tailings,which can achieve a more efficient and economical valuable metal recovery process of flotation tailings.
