摘 要:管子管板焊接是制造核岛主设备蒸汽发生器关键工序,管子管板焊缝根部不连续是管子管板焊接质量考核的重要指标。介绍了蒸汽发生器管子管板焊缝的结构,比较了RCC-M标准与ASME规范对管子管板焊缝根部不连续考核要求的不同,对管子管板焊缝进行了金相检测,分析焊缝根部不连续产生的原因,评估了焊缝根部不连续对管子管板焊缝质量的影响。Tube-to-tubesheet welding is the key procedure in the manufacturing of nuclear power steam generator.Root discontinuities at tube-to-tubesheet seal is a key indicator for quality evaluation.In this paper,the structure of tube-to-tubesheet seal of the steam generator was described.The differences in the requirements of RCC-M and ASME for root discontinuities at tube-to-tubesheet seal were compared.Metallographic examination for tube-to-tubesheet seal was performed to analyze the cause for root discontinuities,and influence of root discontinuities on tube-to-tubesheet seal quality was assessed.
