摘 要:褪黑素(MT)是由松果体分泌的一类吲哚胺,是将光周期与生殖活动协同起来的重要信号。昼夜节律生物钟-视交叉上核(SCN)能够响应光周期信号的变化,引发MT节律性分泌,并通过传递到下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPGA)调节促卵泡激素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)等激素的释放,从而调控哺乳动物的季节性繁殖。此外,哺乳动物的节律性生殖还受一些与繁殖相关基因的调控。本文对AANAT/HIOMT基因、TSHB/DIO2/DIO3基因、Kiss-1/GPR54基因、RFRP基因及褪黑激素受体(MTNR)基因与动物季节性繁殖的关系进行阐述。Melatonin(MT) is a type of indoleamine secreted by pineal gland, which is an important signal to synergize the optical cycle with reproductive activity. Circadian clock, the suprachiasmatic nucleus(SCN, suprachiasmatic nucleus) to respond to the change of the periodic signal, light cause sexual secretion of melatonin rhythms, and through to the hypothalamus-pituitary gonadal axis(hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, HPGA) adjust the release of FSH and LH hormone, and regulate the seasonal reproduction of mammals. In addition, it has been shown that rhythmical reproduction of mammals is regulated by some genes related to reproduction. Therefore, the relationship between AANAT/HIOMT gene, TSHB/DIO2/DIO3 gene, Kiss-1/GPR54 gene, RFRP gene and melatonin receptor(MTNR) gene and seasonal reproduction of animals were described.
