摘  要:碘是人体不可或缺的一种微量元素,目前众多的含碘食品进入人们生活中。碘过量或缺乏都会对人体产生不良的影响。罗丹明B作为最常用的荧光染料被广泛用于分析化学和生物医药领域。研究表明,在酸性条件下碘离子与碘酸根反应生成碘单质,碘单质与罗丹明B反应导致其荧光猝灭,由此建立了一种简便的碘离子荧光分析方法,并发现罗丹明B荧光猝灭值与5.0~60μg/L碘离子的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系。该碘离子检测方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、选择性好、操作方便等优点。Iodine is a kind of indispensable trace element in human body.Nowadays,iodine-containing food en-tered into the people's life,and it can also cause many bad effects when iodine is excessive or lacking.Fluorescent dye Rhodamine B commonly used in analytical chemistry and biological medicine fields.The reaction between io-dine ions and iodate ions could be occurred under acid condition,and then generate I2reacting with rhodamine B which resulted in the fluorescence quenching.Therefore,a fluorescence quenching-based determination method was developed for probing iodide ions.It was found that the fluorescence quenching efficiency exhibited a linear re-lation with the iodine ions concentrations ranging from5.0to60^-g/L.The developed detection method showed many excellent characteristics with high sensitivity,low detection limit,good selectivity and rapid operation.
