摘　　要：以上海一公共机构采用合同能源管理模式开展综合节能改造为案例,介绍了节能改造的具体措施和节能效果,并对项目整体节能率做了判定。本项目为上海市既有建筑节能改造做了积极示范,因此可积极探索建立一种以市场手段推动既有建筑节能改造及合理运行管理的长效机制。Taking a contractual energy management model applied in a public institution in Shanghai as a case for comprehensive energy-saving renovation,this paper introduced the specific measures and energy-saving effects of energy-saving renovation and judged the overall energy-saving rate of the project.This project has made a positive demonstration for the energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in Shanghai.Therefore,it can be actively explored and established that a long-term mechanism to promote energy-saving renovation and rational operation management of existing buildings by market means.
