摘  要:随着社会需求的发展,地面通信系统发展逐渐趋于完善,但是地面基站覆盖区域范围小,而卫星通信系统具有更大的覆盖优势。由于卫星的高速移动等特性,用户终端在通信过程中将不可避免地产生切换问题,所以,需要对卫星通信系统中的用户终端切换技术进行研究。同时,由于天地一体化信息网络的建立需要能够支持多场景多业务情况下的通信要求,机载、船载、高速铁路及车载等各种类型的业务均需要考虑,因此,考虑对用户呼叫类型进行优先级的区分,对多优先级的多种业务进行分析。在此场景下,以中星16号GEO卫星的应用为背景,研究用户通信服务质量保障问题,并提出了结合中星16号卫星参数的多优先级信道预留策略。最终,对于无优先级策略和多优先级下的固定信道预留策略和动态信道预留策略进行研究及仿真分析,得出了动态信道预留策略服务质量更高的结论。With the development of social demands,the development of terrestrial communication systems is gradually improved.However,the coverage of terrestrial base stations is small,and the satellite communication systems are easier to realize the goal because of the large range of the satellite coverage.Considering the characteristics such as high speed of satellite,the call access and switching problems are impossible to avoid,so it is necessary to study the technologies about access and handover to the terminals that are communicating depend on the satellite communication system.At the same time,the space-ground integrated information network is established to meet the communication requirements in multi-scenario and multi-service environment,including airborne,shipboard,high-speed railway,vehicle services,etc.,so it is required to distinguish the user call types for different priorities,and analyze the multiple services at multiple priorities.At this scenario,by taking the application of China Star16GEO satellite as background,this paper studies the user communication service quality assurance,and proposes the multi-priority channel reservation strategy based on satellite parameters of China Star16.Finally,the channel reservation strategy without priority,the fixed channel reservation strategy and dynamic channel reservation strategy under the multi-priority are analyzed and simulated.The results show that the dynamic channel reservation strategy can obtain higher service quality.
