福建省农业农村厅办公自动化系统升级改造的规划与思考

摘　　要：随着信息化技术的快速发展和应用,办公自动化和无纸化逐渐成为政府部门管理工作的主要方式,建立一个高质量并且符合福建省农业农村厅实际情况的办公自动化系统,是提升全省农业信息化水平的重要手段,通过对原办公自动化系统的升级改造,利用电子公文交换、移动通信等先进技术,来实现数据互通、移动办公等功能,为实现完全无纸化办公打下坚实的基础。With the rapid development and application of information technology,office automation and paperless management have gradually become the main mode of government administration.To establish an office automation system with high quality and fitting the actual situation of Fujian Agricultural and Rural Department is an important means to improve the level of agricultural informatization in Fujian Province.Through the upgrading of the original office automation system,using advanced technologies such as electronic document exchange and mobile communications,data interchange and mobile office functions will be realized,thus laying a solid foundation for the realization of completely paperless office.
