基于GIS技术的山地度假别墅选址分析——以云天海度假村为例

摘　　要：选址是山地度假别墅开发的重要环节。以云天海度假村为例,阐述了使用GIS技术在地形条件复杂的山地进行别墅选址的过程:通过详细分析山地的坡度、坡向、水文和景观视觉敏感性因子,对别墅用地适宜性进行评价,最后选出41块适宜地块创建备选地块信息数据库,对地块信息进行对比分析,给决策者提供参考数据,通过实践验证了GIS技术在复杂山地选址中应用的可行性和便捷性,并为未来山地开发提供设计案例数据支持。Location of villa is a key ring in the development of mountainous resort.Taking U-top resort for example,this paper discussed how to locate the site of villa in mountainous areas based on GIS technology:through the detailed analysis of the mountain slope,aspect,hydrology and landscape visual sensitivity factors,and evaluated of the land suitability for villas.Finally,41suitable plots were selected to create plot information database.We compare and analyze plots information,and provide reference data for policymakers.The feasibility and convenience of the application of GIS technology in the complex mountain site selection are verified by practice,and the actual case data support for mountain development is provided.
